Individual and Psychedelic Therapy with Gabby Lux
Gabby is a Greenville-based therapist helping adults understand and change the patterns that keep them feeling stuck in survival mode through individual therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration.
01
Individual Therapy
You’ve realized something needs to change. Together, we’ll slow down and make sense of how you got to where you are today. We’ll work to process what’s happened, build capacity and practical skills, and help you find more freedom to live a life that feels like your own.
02
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Whether you’re preparing for a ketamine treatment or making sense of one you’ve already had, these sessions provide a space to understand what to expect, explore what you’re hoping to get out of the experience, find meaning in what came up, and process what it means for your life moving forward.
03
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines psychotherapy with ketamine to support deeper therapeutic work. Whether you’re just beginning to explore ketamine or are already receiving treatment through a medical provider, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs. What makes KAP unique is that I remain actively present throughout the medicine session, offering support and guidance as your experience unfolds. Our work begins before your first treatment, continues during the medicine session, and extends into the integration that follows.
Hi, I’m Gabby!
You’ve probably spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself. Maybe you know exactly why you feel this way, or maybe you’re still trying to put the pieces together. Either way, understanding alone doesn’t always make it easier to feel different.
The patterns we get stuck in usually started for a reason. Maybe they helped you get through something, protect yourself, or become who you needed to be at the time. Understanding where they came from matters, but it isn’t always enough to fully achieve the change you’ve worked so hard for. The truth is, those patterns often keep us responding to a version of the world that no longer exists. They can leave us feeling exhausted, disconnected, and wondering why we still struggle when so much in our lives has changed. If this sounds familiar, I’d love to help.
My approach is about understanding why, but not stopping there. Once we understand the needs those patterns are trying to meet, we can begin finding new ways to meet them. Over time, your body can begin to recognize that it doesn’t have to keep responding as though you’re still living in the past, giving you more freedom to choose how you want to live today.

I do not accept insurance. Choosing to remain out of network allows me to provide care based on what’s best for you, rather than the requirements of an insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Some people come for a few months to work through a specific concern, while others choose longer-term work focused on deeper patterns and continued growth. During your intake session, we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

My main goal in our first session is for you to feel heard and understood. If you’ve ever felt rushed or like you were answering a list of questions during an intake before, I want this experience to feel different. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to get out of our work together, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today. I’ll have questions to help me understand you, but there’s no pressure to tell your whole story all at once.

Many of my clients have been to therapy before. They often understand why they think, feel, or respond the way they do, but they still don’t feel different. I don’t stop at insight. We’ll work to understand how your past continues to shape your present while also helping your mind and body begin responding differently. My goal is for therapy to create change you can actually feel in your everyday life.

Finding the right therapist can be difficult. It’s often one more decision we’re trying to make at a time when we already have very little capacity. I want to make that process as easy as possible for you. If a phone call sounds doable, let’s chat! I offer free 15-minute phone consultations where we can talk through any questions you have. If you don’t have any, I promise I’ll guide the conversation so you can get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. If a phone call isn’t your preference, fill out the contact form at the bottom of my website. I’ll get in touch however you prefer, and we can talk a bit about what’s bringing you in and what you’re looking for.
Let’s figure it out together.
If you’re ready to get started or still have a few questions, i’d love to hear from you!
